Our class has been working hard to fill our "Put Up Jar." Each time our entire class makes great choices, demonstrates Leader in Me Habits, or we get compliments from other staff members around Kipling, we earn a poof ball. Well, we did it!
Our class voted and Stuffed Animal Day was the winner!
The students decided that we would graph our stuffed animals
by "more than one color" and "one color."
The group with the most was "more than one color."
It had 13 more than the "one color" group.
We used our measurement skills to measure our
stuffed animals with unifix cubes.
How many cubes long is your stuffed animal?
What is the wingspan?
We then created groups of 3 students and ordered our
stuffed animals from shortest to longest. We took a picture of our stuffed animal group.
Our final piece was to upload it to Seesaw and explain our photo of
our stuffed animals with the microphone piece.
We used keywords like shorter than, longer than, or the same as in our recording.
