ELA:
This week we will...

• substitute final sounds in words
• learn about the /o/ sound in au and aw
• learn about the /ou/ sound in ow and ou
• learn about the sounds for kn, ph, and wr
• practice using contractions 's, 'm, 're, 'd, and 've
• go back and add additional details in our writing

SCIENCE:

This week we will begin learning about "Sound."

MATH:

This week we will...

• practice adding and subtracting multiples of 10 to numbers up to 120 (ex. 80-50 = __)
• demonstrate understanding that 84 = 8 tens, 4 ones and 7 tens, 14 ones
• use our problems solving strategies to tackle multi-step word problems
